TOPIC: Successful Organizational Change

Someone once said that people don't mind change they mind being changed. What happens when organizations undergo changes to business processes, changes to organizational structures or management changes and ignore the impact and effect these business changes have upon their employees and others who may be affected by the new ways of working? If you have ever experienced a project where the process improvement looked solid on paper, but in practice it didn't achieve the desired results, it may have had something to do with the "human side of change." This presentation will cover a model for looking at both the process and the people side of organizational change. It will cover the importance of structure, communications and discipline that enable successful organizational change.
