Pat Freeman, is a Practice Director of Quality Assurance at PDR. He leads PDR's new Quality Assurance Practice. He brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial software development, standards-based software Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, test automation, project management, SDLC methodologies, IT Governance, and cross-functional facilitation. Pat also has several years of experience with staff offshoring and has helped set up offshore development / testing centers in India and China. His leadership experience extends throughout most of his 25 years of industry experience. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio.
