Rob Joy graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering in 1991. He has spent his entire 15 year career in various roles associated with workflow and process management. In the early 90's Rob was a part owner of a Total Quality Managment software company. The company created software to manage TQM efforts. For the last 13 years he has been consulting companies with their Document Imaging, Workflow, ECM (Electronic Content Management), Records Management and BPM (Business Process Management) efforts. He is currently working as a Solutions Architect for K2.Net Microsoft's leading BPM software Partner.
