Topic: Facilitating the Move from Predominantly Manual Testing to an Automated Test Environment
This presentation will present proven techniques and lessons learned for facilitating an organization’s move from predominantly manual testing to an automated test environment. To support this move, the presentation will present a strategy and plan for building a successful automation testing team, a necessary component for success. With such a team and the techniques presented, you can progressively build on and leverage small successes to incrementally build your automated regression test libraries and eventually end up with fully automated regression test cycles. Result: dramatically reduced testing costs and greatly increased test coverage for your projects – a win-win for your company! Have a need to move from manual testing approaches to automated ones, to support increasingly agile methodologies and reduced development windows? Come find out how it’s been done at several major area companies.
