In order to achieve the desired results, employees must put the process into practice. This presentation will explore tips and ideas for deploying process change that reduces non-compliance issues and employee resistance. We will explore reasons why employees resist process, how the culture determines deployment pace and approach, and techniques for overcoming resistance.
