Topic: Agility and Requirements Management

Agile teams have uncovered newer better ways of meeting stakeholder needs and delivering business value more rapidly. We will take a look at the requirements techniques that agile teams are using and explore how less documentation and deferring commitment can result in reduced waste and improved quality. We will also discuss how agile techniques can help shape a new perspective on change control and product evolution.
